When you create one, you can use when composing a message to avoid typing the whole address of the recipient. You can either type in the alias directly or you can click on the window in the right to select an alias in which case you do not need to type in anything in the To: field. To select multiple email addresses you can use the Shift key. Maios does not need a dedicated server to run. Please send me some information on what exactly fails. Is it the install.py script? I have sent you an email regarding the admin password. You need to install SSL on your server to be able to use secure login mode. You can find some information at: http://www.openssl.org/ and http://www.modssl.org/ A new Admin manual will be posted soon.
